"Why Grandpa Doesn't Trust the Driverless Car: A Thematic Analysis of Older Adults' (Dis)trust in Technology"

We built a Trust Diagnostic Framework that combines thematic analysis of 86 real quotes from older adults (from 39 empirical studies) with explainable AI (Decision Tree + SHAP) to diagnose what drives trust or distrust in everyday technology — and what designers should fix.
